Position: Purchasing Manager
duty:
1. Experience in procurement and management of automation equipment industry, mainly responsible for the procurement of standard parts, sheet metal parts, machining materials, outsourcing (surface treatment) and other mechanical materials of the company;
2. As a business supervisor, independently responsible for the working group, providing guidance or support to subordinate members and supervising their daily actions.
3. Be responsible for the development and evaluation of new suppliers, the assessment and management of existing suppliers, and the arrangement and follow-up of samples;
4. Perform cost accounting, inquiry, price comparison, negotiation, negotiation and signing of purchase contracts according to BOM and drawing information;
5. Supervise the implementation of the purchase order, meet the requirements of the production plan, track the progress of contract implementation and subsequent payment;
6. Monitor the market changes of materials and adopt necessary purchasing skills to reduce purchasing costs;
7. Formulate departmental work plans, submit departmental budgets, and assist the financial department in auditing and cost control;
8. Cooperate with the Quality Department and the R&D Department to solve the quality problems related to the supplier side, factory side and client side.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in machinery is preferred;
2. More than three years of direct material procurement experience in machinery, familiar with the procurement process in sheet metal, machining, material surface treatment industries;
3. Be familiar with technical drawings, understand the working principle of relevant parts, and have a certain understanding of materials, machining surface treatment, sheet metal parts, etc;
4. Understand the quality control process and have certain business negotiation skills;
5. Proficient in using Kingdee, ERP and common office software;
6. Good moral character, correct working attitude, rigorous work, good communication and coordination ability, and strong pressure resistance.
Position: Warehouse Keeper
Job requirements:
1. More than 2 years of professional warehouse working experience; Familiar with Kingdee operation software is preferred; Age 22? 40 years old;
2. Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, good communication and contingency ability;
3. Familiar with electronic materials, machining materials, etc., familiar with warehouse operation process and with independent operation ability is preferred.
4. Experience in warehouse management is preferred
Position: Purchasing
Job requirements:
1. Flexible mind, strong expression ability, and the ability to actively communicate with others;
2. Engaged in supplier development and procurement assistant, familiar with procurement process;
3. Familiar with Kingdee system is preferred, with the ability to edit forms and documents;
4. Able to read drawings and familiar with relevant working principles is preferred.
5. Have a certain understanding of machinery and electronics, and be familiar with metal machining materials. External surface treatment of metal materials is preferred;
